?? Join Us for the First Film of the Contemporary Latin American Film Festival " Atempa "—! ??

 

??? Don’t miss the screening of " Atempa "—the first film in this semester's festival—at OLE 222 on Wednesday, February 19, at 6:30 PM. Filmed in Mexico's Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Atempa, Dreams by the River is a documentary that follows Tino, who identifies as “muxe,” a third gender that has been integrated into Zapotec culture.
