Leading People and Effective Communication will build on Cadet field training experiences to take a more in-depth look at leadership. These sessions focus on enhancing communication skills and why that is important as a leader. Cadre led discussion sessions will help deepen cadet understanding of various leadership and management techniques in a supervised coaching/mentoring environment.
