Hi Susan,
1)Yes, we will have external guests at this event. We anticipate up to 40 external guests and they are registered attendees or course instructors.
2)Yes, the attendees are required to pay a course fee and we have an Eventbrite event registration process set up.
3)Dr. Seongkyu Yoon is the advisor and main point of contact for this event. I am helping with the event tasks like our course room reservation.
