The Employment Services Team is dedicated to partnering with faculty and staff in acquiring the best talent, and delivering quality customer service and effective employment services. Our goal is to recruit, develop and retain a skilled and diverse workforce for the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

About Employment Services

Talent Management/Acquisition Team: We support the campus in every aspect of their recruiting needs.  This includes:
  • Maintenance and training on the PageUp Applicant tracking system
  • Search committee training
  • Guidance, advertising and recruitment & outreach efforts
  • Employee onboarding and employee off-boarding.
Immigration and Compliance: We oversee and manage immigration support for all international faculty, researchers and staff with a variety of non-immigrant statuses and corresponding work authorization.
Employee Relations: We are here to create and maintain positive working relationships. We provide advice or consultation surrounding employee relations.
