Biosketch
Kerry Donohoe is Dean of Academic Services and provides leadership for the Centers for Learning and Academic Support Services (CLASS), the Registrar’s Office, the Solution Center and collaborates with the academic colleges on advising and campuswide efforts to support students’ retention, persistence and graduation.
Donohoe has served the UMass Lowell community for more than 20 years with a deep commitment to improving the way the university supports its students. Prior to her appointment, Donohoe served as UMass Lowell's registrar. She has experience in the areas of residence life, admissions and orientation, academic advising, continuing studies, academic policy, program development, accreditation and has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. In 2016, Kerry was awarded UMass Lowell’s Pillars of Excellence Award.
Donohoe has also run the Boston Marathon as a member of the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team five times, is a member of the DFMC Board and has raised over $80,000 to support innovative cancer research.
