Requirements to be a part of S.T.E.P:
- Must be starting your second year at UMass Lowell in Fall 2023.
- Must be enrolled in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) program
- Minimum GPA of 2.500
- Interest in graduate school post undergraduate studies
As part of the program, students will ATTEND the following:
- Cohort-based check-ins/socials
- STEM workshops
- Academic-support programming (e.g., supplemental instruction, tutoring, lecture series, faculty office hours, etc.)
- Office of Multicultural Affairs coach office hours
