UMass Lowell Information Technology is committed to provide the university with robust tools for collaboration, unified communications, and phone services. Over the next year, we will be migrating the university from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams for these services.

Teams includes best-in-class tools for collaboration, file sharing, phone/video calling and staying connected – and it’s tightly integrated with the other productivity tools we use like Office 365 and Outlook. If you’re interested in a general overview of Teams, watch this two-minute video.
