ESSCA Paris Campus

ESSCA School of Business offers a wide variety of business courses across multiple campus locations (Angers and Paris, France, as well as Budapest and Shanghai. ESSCA boasts a large portfolio of English-taught course options, in addition to Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation, which makes this program a great fit for students looking to take business courses abroad. Course Offerings

Exchange students have a wide choice of courses in Angers, Paris, Budapest and Shanghai both in the Fall and Spring semesters and Winter and Summer programs in English. With the opening of new campuses in Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence and Lyon starting from Fall semester 2023, these exciting new additions provide three new destinations in France for students wanting to study in ESSCA School of Management.

Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence and Lyon are all known for their rich history, culture and exceptional quality of life. Bordeaux is renowned for its wine and charming old town, while Aix-en-Provence offers picturesque landscapes. Lyon is a cultural hub with world-class museums, galleries, and festivals. Housing

Study Abroad Fee

NOTE: this is a Reciprocal Exchange Program. This means that for semester programs, housing and meal plans will be paid to the host institution but tuition, fees and other expenses will be paid to UMass Lowell (UML). For summer or winter programs all fees will be paid to the host institution and not to UML.

  • Aix-en-Provence. Founded in 1909 and playing a major role in the community as well as an academic leader in the area, ESSCA is proud to have a campus located in the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence. With its tempered climate, social life, and accommodations, the city corresponds to every student.
  • Angers - A lively and historical university city with a European outlook, Angers is ranked the top town in France for quality of life.
  • Bordeaux - Bordeaux has proven to be a vibrant and appealing hub of economic and international activity over the past 15 years. It is also renowned for a heritage and know-how that date back many years. The city is located in the very center of an outstanding wine-growing area where the very finest vintages are proving increasingly attractive for wine tourism as a whole.
  • Lyon - The gastronomic capital of France has been named by Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 places to visit in Europe in 2019.
  • Paris - The ‘City of light’ is a leading global city famed by students for its amazing history, culture, business and leisure opportunities.
  • Strasbourg - The ESSCA School of Management campus in Strasbourg is to be found in the very heart of the Schiltigeim-based “espace européen de l’entreprise”, one of the largest tertiary-level industrial and innovative estates in the Alsace region. The complex brings together several teaching and research institutions, including the Strasbourg-Europe ECAM, the CNRS campus, Charles de Foucauld High School, and Louis Pasteur University Institute of Technology.
