General Summary (Purpose) of Position
The University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML), Department of Nursing, is seeking a full-time tenure-track faculty member for graduate programs in Nursing for January 2009 or fall 2009.
The Department is specifically seeking a candidate with the ability to contribute to the graduate programs in nursing. Expertise in measurement of health promotion, behavioral research, health care policy, or management is preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Earned Doctorate in Nursing or related field.
• Registered Nurse
• Advanced practice certificate.
• Teaching experience at the graduate level.
• Demonstrated record of externally funded research.
• Expertise in measurement of health promotion, behavioral research, healthcare policy, and management are preferred.
• Record of publications in refereed journals.
