Self-Service Time Reporting

Welcome to HR Direct Self-Service Time Reporting. 

Mid-management staff, non-unit professionals, and clerical employees are now using HR Direct for time reporting and approval.    Facilities and police use an automated time clock system called Kronos.  Faculty and students have no change in their time-reporting procedures. 

The system deadline for employees to report time is Sunday at 5 p.m. of the critical payroll week (i.e., Sunday before pay day).  Managers have until critical Monday at 11:59 p.m. to approve time.  Managers may impose earlier deadlines as necessary to accommodate holidays, vacations, etc.
