Printer FriendlyIf you are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking or eligible certificate program at UMass Lowell, but wish to take a course at another accredited college or university during the Fall or Spring semester, you may be able to receive aid to cover some of the costs at the other institution. Your eligibility for this request will be determined based on your current financial aid award.
You will need to complete a Consortium Agreement available on the Financial Aid Forms page or at the Financial Aid Office in Dugan Hall, Room 102. In addition, you will need to submit a completed "Academic Petition Form” available online at Academic Petition Form (pdf) or at the Registrar’s Office in Dugan Hall, Room 101.
Please complete and submit all Consortium Agreements and supporting documentation to Lisa Levesque in the Financial Aid Office at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the coursework.
