This program is no longer accepting applications effective Spring 2019.

The M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction: Mathematics Education Option is a 30-credit degree program. The program is blended with some courses taught online and some on campus. This program does not lead to a teaching license in any state.

However, Massachusetts Educators who hold an appropriate Massachusetts Initial License (same license field and grade band) may want to refer to current DESE guidelines and consider if the content courses within this degree are applicable to their Professional License requirements:

Massachusetts Professional Teacher Licensure candidates may be able to use up to 12 credits of appropriate content coursework toward their MA Professional license.
