As of Wednesday, June 2, UMass Lowell has partnered with Microsoft to provide advanced FREE lifetime email accounts for students. Powered by the Microsoft Live@edu program, this service offers Outlook Live, an email account with up to 10GB of storage to UMass Lowell students. Now all student email will be stored in the cloud at Microsoft.
Students will get more than just an email account, they will also have access to a suite of additional Live@edu on-line services provided by Microsoft including:
- Microsoft Office Outlook Live with 10GB of mailbox storage
- Instant Messenger
- Mobile-Now on your cell phone
- 25GB SkyDrive on-line storage
- Office Live Workspace-Online collaboration
