Current Focus: Preparing upper-level business students for professional work environments. His students develop communications skills (memos, emails, texting), marketing collateral (cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, business cards, targeted resumes), interview skills, grooming skills, presentation skills (one-on-one and groups), and internet capabilities (search, Google APPS).

Biosketch

Teaching: “Contemporary Management Development”, a required course for management concentrators.

Teaching Awards: The Student Government Teaching Award (twice), the Department of Management’s Teaching Award, and the Athletic Department’s Teacher/Coach Award (twice).  

Consultation: Dr. Moser advises hiring executives about employee selection. His experience is predominantly in financial service sales and C-level executives.

International Experience: Has consulted in Canada; participated in management conferences in Portugal, Ireland, and South Africa; and has traveled extensively in Europe and the far east (Dubai).

Personal: Dr. Moser is married to Dr. Lynda Moore (30 years), a Professor of Management at Simmons College.  Their daughter Juliet is an Educational Institutions Strategist at Google, Inc. in San Francisco, California. Their son Alexander is a senior at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island majoring in New Media and Graphic Design.

Other: Dr. Moser has appeared on Bloomberg Television News, USA Radio Network and in USA Today. He has provided testimony to the National Association of Security Dealers. 

Did you know?: A native of Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Moser has moved to the “dark side” as he roots for the Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins.
