Professor Salas’ research interests are in understanding why and how employees commit crimes in the workplace using technology as well as why some leaders are not punished adequately when they transgress. In addition, she is working on the dangerous of cyber terrorism on global organizations.

Biosketch

Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Dr. Salas was a faculty member at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and consulted for twelve years at several large corporations including Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Spherion Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Royal Caribbean Cruises and Burger King Headquarters.
