Online Housing Gateway

The Online Housing Gateway is an application used to support the Office of Residence Life in the management of campus housing. It works in conjunction with the Residential Management Systems (RMS) and has supporting integration with the iSiS Student Records System. 

This application is used by several different user groups for a variety of purposes: 

  • An interactive feature allows students to apply via self-service for housing, select rooms and roommates, and update meal plan options.
  • Residence Life staff can view to manage room assignments and room conditions and assess damages as required.
  • Users can access the gateway to schedule space for summer conferences.


All students are automatically granted access to the Online Housing Gateway. Students can log in using their campus email address ( and email password.

Staff and others are granted access to the Online Housing Gateway on an as-needed basis through the Office of Residence Life. Inquiries about staff access and functionality can be directed to Matt Austin at 978-934-5503.
