Commencement 2015 will be broken into a morning and afternoon ceremony on Saturday, May 16, 2015

In the 9 a.m. ceremony, students in the College of Fine Arts Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Health Sciences and the Graduate School of Education will have their diplomas conferred.

Students in the College of Engineering, College of Sciences, the Manning School of Business and students in Intercampus Programs will graduate in the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.

Residence Halls Officially Close


Residence halls officially close today at 6 p.m. unless students have made prior arrangements with the Office of Residence Life for Senior Week or Commencement housing.

Deadline to Submit Commencement Ribbon Messages


For a $10 donation, families, friends, faculty and even graduates themselves can send a message of congratulations or thanks that will appear on the ribbon board at the Tsongas Center during the2015 Commencement ceremony. Maximum of 100 characters. The donation will support student scholarships. The deadline for submissions is Monday, May 11.

Part of Senior Week festivities for graduating students, the Mohegan Sun Casino Trip leaves UCrossing at 6 p.m. and returns at 4 a.m. Tickets $25 by May 1 (includes $15 bet and $15 food voucher). Get tickets in UCrossing 220.

Part of Senior Week festivities for graduating students, the Altitude Trip leaves UCrossing at 1 p.m. and returns at 4:15 p.m. Tickets $25 by May 1 (includes 2-hour jump, jump socks and snacks). Get tickets in UCrossing 220.

University Commencement Day


The Morning Graduation Ceremony for students in the College of Fine Arts Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Health Sciences and the Graduate School of Education will be held beginning at 9 a.m. Doors open at 8 a.m. The Afternoon Graduation Ceremony for students in the College of Engineering, College of Sciences, the Manning School of Business and students in Intercampus Programs will be held at 2:30 p.m. Both ceremonies will be held at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell, 300 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Lowell.
