Technical Support Is Easy To Find

The UMass Lowell Help Center offers technical support to faculty and staff via phone, email or in person, on campus for issues such as:

• passwords
• viruses and malware
• email questions and configurations
• business applications (iSiS, e*mpac, HR Direct)
• network connectivity
• software and hardware 
• general desktop support for PC and Mac platforms
