Residence Hall Information
University Housing
All undergraduate (full-time and part-time) and all graduate students (full-time and part-time) are eligible to live in University housing. Students seeking housing are required to sign a full-year housing contract.
Each student must submit a residence hall contract along with a $200 room deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit reserves the room until occupancy and is applied to the spring semester residence hall charge. This deposit is nonrefundable, except in the case of academic dismissal or graduation.

Meal Plans
Meal plans are mandatory for all students living in Residence Halls. Student who have their own kitchen are not required to purchase a meal plan.
