Let us customize a Fitness & Wellness program for you and your group through our Health2U program! Utilize one of our Campus Recreation facilities or we can come to your ofice, residence hall, meeting room, or outside venue. You can request to meet for a one-time event, or on a weekly, monthly or semester basis.
What we can provide:
- Group Fitness Class: Formats include Zumba®, Yoga, Bootcamp, Abs/Butt/Core, Pilates and Strength!
- Fitness Assessment: Body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance & flexibility testing available.
- Wellness Workshop: Interested in learning more about a fitness, nutrition, or wellness topic? Let us know and we can coordinate a presentation for your group!
Interested in a custom fitness/wellness program for your group? Please fill out an online Health-2-U request form. Once you submit the form you will be contacted by a member of the fitness & wellness staff to coordinate your custom program! We can let you know the details including availability to meet your request and any fees that may be associated with running your program. We will try to meet all requests if possible. We ask that you make your requests well in advance so we can accommodate your group as best we can!
