How to Pay a Parking Citation

Parking citations may be paid in one of four ways: 

1. Credit card* on-line at the MyParking Self-Service website.
2. Cash, check or credit card*, in person, at UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) in the UMass Lowell South Dining Hall. Bring the ticket or a clear and legible copy with you.
3. Credit card* over the phone. Have the citation number and your UMS number available before calling 978-934-2800.
4. Personal check or money order via U.S. mail using the pre-addressed orange envelope in which you received the ticket. Be sure to include the ticket or a clear and legible copy in the envelope.

*We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard on-line, as well as Discover for in-person and phone transactions.

Please note that we cannot accept coins in our office.
