Students will be informed of their panel assignment and time/location by April 10. The panels will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. followed by the poster session on April 22 at the ICC.

Two workshops will be held on how to present a paper at a conference. The first workshop will be conducted by Todd Avery and Jonathan Silverman. Please email or for more information including date, time and location.

The second workshop will be conducted by Christopher Carlsmith and for additional details (including location, date and time) email

If you have a short paper, fictional work, a poem or video that is not in a formal academic paper, email to inquire about possible inclusion in a panel geared to those formats.

In general, panels have a limited time for each presentation with a question or two specific to that paper and then try to reserve time at the end for general discussion. The time limit will depend on the number of papers per panel.
