Strategic Initiatives
In addition to IT's operational activities, a number of strategic initiatives are underway. These include major projects in support of:
- UMass Lowell's campus network (data, wireless and voice),
- Information security,
- Personal computing and mobile technologies,
- Enterprise systems and infrastructure,
- Academic technology, e-learning and classroom technology, and
- Administrative applications and efficiency programs.
