Reduced Course Load
The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services only allows a reduction in course load in the following cases and only with the approval of the International Students and Scholars Office:
- Undergraduate Students are only permitted to be on reduced course load in their final semester.
- Graduate Students who are coursework students are only permitted to be on a reduced course load in their final semester.
- In such cases, the reduced course load form must be received in the International Students and Scholars Office by the first day of the academic session for which the student is requesting the reduction in course load status.
