Research Interest

Dr. Beaulieu's academic background is in behavior analysis. Her clinical and research interests include the assessment and treatment of problem behavior, the prevention of problem behavior, the dissemination of effective treatments to clinicians, teachers, and parents, and the identification of effective and socially acceptable teaching strategies that produce long-lasting effects with young children. She is particularly interested in working with children from impoverished environments; more specifically, identifying and teaching children skills that will enable them to succeed through their personal, academic, and professional life.

Dr. Beaulieu completed her Ph.D. at Western New England University in 2011. She has taught a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses at Florida Institute of Technology, Western New England University, and joined UMass Lowell in 2011.
