Specialized focus related to the design, inspection, and construction of deep foundations; evaluation of soil engineering properties though in-situ testing; construction vibrations; and the development, use and analysis of geotechnical and structural instrumentation. Academic interests focus on geotechnical and materials engineering coursework overlaid with improving student’s cognitive development and critical thinking skills.
