Whether you are new to exercise or want to take your workouts to the next level, Campus Recreation is confident we have the programs and fitness staff that can help you reach your goals! Please take time to browse our fitness and wellness links on the left side of this page.

We offer over several different group fitness class styles year-round including Zumba, Yoga, spin, kickboxing, abs classes, Pilates, and more!  Participants can drop in for class at any time.  Just show up a few minutes before each class starts, it’s that simple! Instructors are trained to give exercise modifications so that beginners and regular exercises are challenged appropriately. Spin Participants are encouraged to come up to 30 minutes before cycling classes to get a ticket at the Welcome Desk to reserve their bike.

Stop by our two-floor fitness center and ask our friendly staff for information on how to use the fitness equipment correctly. If you are looking for more guided attention on proper exercise prescription and form, Campus Recreation has certified student personal trainers that are available year-round to meet with clients.  Sign up as an individual at our Welcome Desk for an initial personal training package or register with a friend for partner training!  After completing your initial fitness assessment, our personal trainers will give you exercise advice and develop a safe, effective, and fun exercise program that is customized for you and your goals.  If you do not want to sign up for an initial package you can sign up for a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment or Body Composition Check to see your fitness and composition levels.
