Group Fitness

Policies & Procedures

  • All students, staff, faculty, and Campus Recreation Members are welcome to participate in the Group Fitness Program. No registration is necessary. There is no fee to participate!!!
  • All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine classes appropriate for your fitness level.
  • It is not recommended that anyone takes more than two group fitness classes per day.
  • Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to start of class.   
  • Spin classes participants must pick up a spin ticket at our Welcome Desk to reserve their bike. Tickets can be reserved up to 30 minutes before the start of each spin class. Tickets must be returned to the instructor at start of each class.
  • Class schedule is subject to change depending on class attendance or interest levels in new classes.
