Classes each semester include cardiovascular, muscular conditioning and mind/body exercises. There is no cost to participate, just show up a few minutes before the class starts. Class schedules will be determined by class attendance and interest levels. Instructors will teach you how to perform each exercise and suggest modifications to accommodate your fitness level.
